A Menopause Café is a safe, confidential space to share stories and talk about all things menopause and perimenopause with friendly colleagues.

It’s open to all — whether you’re experiencing symptoms, curious to learn, or supporting someone else. Come for an informal chat over a cuppa and take what you need from the conversation.

This session is hosted by Angelina Janus, Vicky McDonald and Jo Francis, all colleagues at the University who are trained Menopause Advocates.
